About the Bible
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God and
that it is the final authority for establishing doctrine.
(II Timothy 3:15-17, Ps 119:89, Deuteronomy 4:2)
About God
We believe that there is one God who revealed Himself as the Father in
creation, as the Son in redemption, and as the Holy Spirit in regeneration.
(Deuteronomy 6:4, John 1:1-14, I Timothy 3:16)
About Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Born of the Virgin Mary, He
gave His life on the cross, the perfect and complete sacrifice for the sins
of all humanity. He was buried and rose to life again the third day.
He ascended into heaven and is soon to return for His church.
(Matthew 1:21-23, Matthew 24:29-31)
About Salvation
We believe that salvation is the gift of God provided to us by the shed blood of Jesus and received by faith. Acting on that faith, the believer will repent of his sins, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and will be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Our Worship
Apostolic
worship services are exuberant and exciting. We express ourselves in
singing, dancing, clapping, leaping, shouting, and through the playing of
instruments. At other times, we may pray quietly, meditating and softly
whispering words of worship and praise to God. These actions are heartfelt
as a result of what Christ has done for us and for who He is. It is the joy
He gives, through His Spirit in our lives that makes us so ecstatically
happy!
We Pray Together
Aloud because in the Bible we read, "They lifted up their voice to God with
one accord."-Acts 4:24
